These terms are the agreement between Grizzly Tab Inc. (“Grizzly Tab”, “we”, “us”) and the organization that creates a Grizzly IQ account (“you”, the “organization”). They cover the web console at grizzlyiq.com, the Grizzly IQ tablet app, and everything in between (together, the “service”).
By creating an account, starting a trial, or enrolling a tablet, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization and confirm that you are allowed to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of this agreement.
Grizzly IQ watches the condition of your fleet’s Android tablets: battery wear, heat, storage, restarts, connection reliability, coverage dead zones, and data usage. It turns readings into plain-language verdicts, a worklist, alerts, reports, and an optional AI assistant so that you can fix, swap, or replace a tablet before it fails.
It is a monitoring and advisory tool. It does not control tablets. It does not provision, lock, wipe, or configure them; that is the job of your mobile device management (MDM) system. It is not a safety system, a telematics or driver monitoring product, or a substitute for physical inspection. Its verdicts are estimates built from what a tablet reports about itself, and they can be wrong or incomplete, especially when a tablet reports rarely or has been offline.
New organizations receive a 30-day trial with every feature enabled and no payment method required. The console shows the days remaining and reminds the Owner as the end approaches.
When a trial ends without a paid plan, the console becomes read-only and tablets pause fresh reporting. Nothing is deleted at that moment; activating a plan resumes everything where it left off.
Inactive accounts. If an account stays expired or suspended for 30 days, we email the Owner a deletion notice. If the account is still not reactivated 30 days after that notice, we delete the organization’s fleet data: readings, health history, repair requests, and the coverage map. The account, its members, and the audit log remain, and a reactivated plan starts fresh.
You enroll tablets with a shared enrollment code shown in the console, or automatically through your MDM. You are responsible for that code: keep it confidential, change it if it leaks, and use the “Revoke all devices” control if you believe tablets have been enrolled without authorization.
The tablet app collects information about the tablet’s condition, described in our Privacy Policy and on the disclosure screen the app shows each tablet user. By enrolling a tablet you confirm that:
You own it.Everything your tablets report and everything your team enters into the console (“your data”) belongs to your organization. You give us permission to host, process, display, transmit, and back up your data only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can take it with you. The console exports health, ticket, and usage data as CSV at any time. For 30 days after your account ends, we will make an export available on request.
Aggregated insights. We may use information that has been stripped of anything identifying your organization, its tablets, or its people, combined with the same from other customers, to improve the service and to produce industry-level insights such as battery-life benchmarks by tablet model or coverage patterns by region. Such insights never identify you or reveal your data.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team enters, for the people you give console access to, for what you send to your own integrations (such as webhooks or email recipients), and for keeping your use of the service lawful.
You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:
The AI copilot summarizes health facts the service has already computed and drafts text such as repair tickets. It is included in every plan with a soft monthly usage allowance that we may adjust with notice. It cannot take actions, and it only sees your organization’s own data.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Review it before relying on it, and treat anything it drafts as a draft. You are responsible for decisions you make and messages you send based on AI output.
The service, the tablet app, the health engine, and everything about how they work belong to Grizzly Tab and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organization’s internal fleet operations while your account is in good standing. No other rights are granted.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or payment. We will never identify you as the source without your permission.
Each of us will protect the other’s non-public information with at least the care we use for our own, use it only for this agreement, and share it only with people who need it and are bound to keep it confidential. This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law, in which case the disclosing party will give notice where it can.
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. Tablets keep collecting readings during an outage and upload them afterwards.
Support is by email at help@grizzlytab.com. We may improve, change, or retire features over time. If a change materially reduces the service you pay for, we will tell the Owner in advance and you may cancel for a prorated refund of any prepaid, unused period.
We warrant that we will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, to the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not guarantee that a health verdict, battery estimate, coverage map, or AI answer is accurate, that a tablet flagged healthy will not fail, or that a tablet flagged for replacement has failed. You remain responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and replacing your equipment and for the safety of your operations.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of this agreement, however caused.
Our total liability for all claims arising out of this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, during a free trial, one hundred Canadian dollars). These limits do not apply to a party’s breach of confidentiality, your payment obligations, your breach of section 4 (tablets and the people who use them), or liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will defend and indemnify Grizzly Tab against third-party claims, including claims by tablet users, employees, or regulators, that arise from your organization enrolling or monitoring tablets without the right or the required notices and consents, from your data, or from your use of the service in breach of these terms. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and let you control the defence, and we will cooperate at your expense.
